About this role

The RBT/ABA Support Assistant provides direct support to students with diverse learning needs to ensure access to the general education curriculum. The role works in classroom, small-group, and one-to-one settings to support individualized instruction and behavior support. The position operates within High Tech High’s Special Education department and reports to the School Director. This is a part-time, hourly support role focused on delivering supervised assistance to students.
