RC Relief Shift Supervisor

This position alternates between Residential Counselor and Relief Shift Supervisor roles, overseeing shift operations and providing consumer care, treatment implementation, and documentation. The role promotes independence for consumers through daily living support, skill development, and therapeutic activities. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing shift operations, and assisting with medication and dietary needs.
