RCM Client Implementation Manager

This role leads the end-to-end implementation of new Revenue Cycle Management clients, guiding them from initial kickoff through go-live and stabilization. The position requires gathering client workflows, managing implementation timelines, and coordinating technical setups such as payer enrollment and EDI configurations. The ideal candidate will validate system configurations, conduct pre-go-live testing, and establish KPIs to monitor early performance and ensure a successful transition to ongoing account management.
