The RCM Systems Specialist is a principal, cross-functional role responsible for the strategic oversight and optimization of dental practice management systems to drive end-to-end revenue cycle performance across a multi-site Dental Support Organization. The role serves as the enterprise authority on PMS-enabled RCM workflows, ensuring systems, data, and user adoption support accurate charge capture, clean claims, compliant documentation, and sustainable financial outcomes. It also leads strategic initiatives, sets standards, and mentors teams to scale best-in-class RCM results across supported practices.
