R&D Chemist

The R&D Chemist is responsible for identifying unmet customer needs and designing innovative product solutions that meet those requirements while differentiating performance at a competitive cost. This role involves collaborating with marketing and product management to explore new product opportunities and utilizing tools like QFD and VOC to define product specifications. The position requires translating designs into commercially viable processes and supporting new product commercialization and customer acceptance.
