Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled R&D Composites Molding Engineer to lead research and development of advanced thermoplastic molding processes, tooling technologies, and prototype equipment. This hands-on role involves developing new molding processes, designing prototype tooling, and testing emerging technologies while working directly with molds and R&D teams. The ideal candidate will independently manage multiple R&D projects from concept through prototype validation to support diverse manufacturing capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and advance thermoplastic molding processes for R&D applications
Design prototype tooling and molds using SolidWorks
Lead new process development and qualification activities

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or related engineering discipline
