R&D Engineering Laboratory Technician

Subsense is seeking a hands-on R&D Engineering Laboratory Technician to support engineering and research teams across electrical, optical, mechanical, and experimental hardware development. This role involves maintaining the engineering laboratory, preparing test setups, assembling and modifying prototype hardware, and managing equipment and component inventory. The position requires a detail-oriented individual comfortable with precision soldering, optical alignment, and rapid prototyping in a fast-paced R&D environment.
