The R&D Integration, Testing and Prototyping Technician plays a central role in the manufacturing, integration, and validation of preliminary prototypes for Thales' uncooled thermal imagers and associated optronic equipment. The position involves direct participation in prototype assembly, laboratory troubleshooting, and training production staff on assembly methods and best practices. The technician supports engineering teams by conducting thermal, environmental, and mechanical tests, as well as electronic assembly and debugging to ensure smooth transitions from prototype to production.
