A Laboratory Science Biology Apprentice at GSK undertakes a paid 4-year degree apprenticeship combining on-the-job laboratory experience with study towards a BSc (Hons) in Bioscience through Manchester Metropolitan University. The programme places apprentices within GSK’s Research & Development teams (e.g., Human Biology, Enzyme and Oligonucleotide Development) to support early-stage drug discovery and development. Apprentices are based at the Stevenage R&D Hub and are expected to be on site daily.
