R&D Lead

This role leads the development, commercialization, and optimization of liquid industrial coating products for the General Finishes, Building Products, and Energy market segments. The position involves providing technical direction for coating formation, application, and manufacturing scale-up while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to secure new business and support existing customers. The role also includes overseeing a technical team, driving continuous improvement, and managing cross-functional initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
