R&D Lead

This role leads the development, commercialization, and optimization of liquid industrial coating products for the General Finishes, Building Products, and Energy market segments. It involves providing technical direction for coating formation, application, and manufacturing scale-up while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to secure new business and support existing customers. The position requires building key customer and supplier relationships and overseeing a technical team to achieve product development and business goals.
