This role serves as the single point of contact and key technical management interface with customer R&D management, aligning on strategic collaboration and driving business development initiatives. The position unifies and manages all technical disciplines within the BRAIN Division, overseeing product development, resource allocation, and compliance with project budgets and quality standards. It involves providing operational leadership to cross-functional teams, coaching staff on standards and processes, and managing personnel development and performance reviews.
