R&D Manager (Front End and Mobile)

A senior engineering leader role responsible for owning and evolving Delasport’s frontend and mobile architecture across web, mobile apps, and shared component libraries. The role focuses on shaping long-term vision, growing and mentoring multiple teams, and ensuring polished, high-performance user experiences in a fast-paced iGaming environment. The leader will collaborate closely with design, product, backend, QA, and DevOps to drive frontend modernization, tooling, and best practices.
