The R&D Manager, Systems Engineering leads a multidisciplinary team of engineers within Neogen’s Instrumentation and Software R&D organization, applying systems engineering principles across new product development, portfolio modernization, and sustaining engineering. This role strengthens and scales systems engineering practices across the instrumentation development lifecycle, including system architecture, requirements development, interface management, and verification and validation. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer and business needs into technically sound product architectures and executable engineering plans.
