The R&D Manager - Upper Respiratory serves as a senior scientific and business leader responsible for shaping and executing the category’s innovation and product strategy across cough, cold, flu, allergy, and related respiratory self-care solutions. This role translates consumer needs and commercial opportunities into differentiated, compliant, and commercially viable self-care products while providing technical leadership for product development. The position drives science-led innovation, protects global portfolios, and enables growth across OTC medicines, medical devices, and other self-care classifications.
