The R&D Operations Country Manager leads the planning and execution of field trials across Italy, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines while validating and reporting results. This role oversees R&D testing facilities, ensuring compliance with Good Experimental Practice (GEP) and national regulations, and drives continuous improvement in field R&D operations. The position serves as the key contact for national authorities on R&D activities, including GEP and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) matters.
