R&D Operator

The R&D Operator at Helion plays a critical role in the safe, reliable, and repeatable operation of high-energy fusion systems, contributing to the execution of fusion experiments and continuous improvement of machine performance. This position involves operating and supporting the day-to-day execution of Field-Reversed Configuration fusion experiments, controlling pulsed power systems, and ensuring system readiness. The role requires applying plasma physics concepts to support experiment execution and drive continuous improvement of machine operations.
