About this role

As an R&D Operations Program Manager at Axon, you will serve as the operational backbone for the engineering organization, driving execution, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment. You will manage the operational rhythm, including quarterly planning, sprint demos, and leadership communications, while tracking commitments and surfacing risks to ensure high-priority business initiatives are delivered successfully.

Responsibilities

Drive the operational rhythm of the engineering organization including quarterly planning and sprint demos
Track engineering commitments and proactively surface risks, blockers, and dependencies to leadership
Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes and eliminate operational friction across workflows
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into engineering health and delivery metrics
Manage or co-own R&D operational budgets including travel, training, and engineering activities
