The R&D Product Development Specialist supports the development of new ideas through the R&D cycle, from concept discovery and feasibility testing through prototyping and transition to production. The role works cross-functionally to validate and develop buildable solutions with an emphasis on prefabrication and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA), and helps ensure effective handoff into the business.
