R&D Site Lead

The R&D Site Lead will establish and lead a new quantum computing research site in Edinburgh, UK, building the team, infrastructure, and collaborative partnerships from the ground up. This role involves hands-on technical work integrating quantum systems with classical HPC environments while managing day-to-day operations, budgets, and strategic relationships with HPC and quantum error correction partners. The position requires scaling the site from initial hires to a team-of-teams structure, ensuring alignment with IQM's global roadmap and the broader UK quantum ecosystem.
