R&D Synthetic Analytical Chemist

Qnity is seeking an R&D Synthetic Analytical Chemist to develop next-generation materials for advanced semiconductor circuits and packaging applications. This role focuses on the design, synthesis, characterization, and commercialization of novel polymers, monomers, oligomers, and functional materials to enable breakthrough performance in metallization and advanced interconnect technologies. The position requires deep expertise in polymer and organic synthesis, electrochemistry, and materials characterization, with collaboration across R&D, Scale-up Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
