About this role
Undergraduate summer intern position within Amgen’s R&D Translational Pathology and Computational Imaging teams in the Center for Technology and Innovation (Precision Medicine). The intern will support biomarker and diagnostics efforts by implementing image analysis algorithms on whole-slide tumor scans to characterize biomarkers and inform studies of pharmacodynamic effects, mechanisms of action, and resistance. The role leverages technologies such as multiplex immunofluorescence and spatial transcriptomics and may involve integrating multiple assays on single tissue sections.
