Re-entry Peer Mentor

The Re-entry Peer Mentor works one-on-one with First Step Act/reSTARt program participants to build trust, provide motivation, and offer guidance on decision-making, job searching, and building social capital. This role focuses on helping participants develop crucial life skills to support their journey toward becoming self-sufficient, responsible, and productive community members. The position involves connecting participants to community resources and serving as a positive role model and advocate for their interests and needs.
