About this role
The Reactor Operator works on-site at the Magnolia facility as part of the production team to support resin batch production and ensure products meet company quality and safety standards. The role reports to the Production Crew Leader and collaborates with laboratory, maintenance, shipping, and other production staff. The position requires adherence to safety and loss-control policies and participation in site programs such as 5S.
