About this role

Parsons is seeking a Readiness and Resilience Analyst to support the Office of the Deputy Principal Cyber Advisor, Forces & Readiness, and USCYBERCOM in developing and overseeing cyber workforce readiness and resilience initiatives. The role involves assessing cognitive, psychological, and operational demands on cyber personnel, evaluating workforce sustainment programs, and providing evidence-based recommendations to senior leaders. This position requires expertise in military readiness reporting, operational assessments, and executive decision support to enhance occupational health and mission performance across the Department of Defense cyber enterprise.

Responsibilities

Assess cyber workforce readiness and occupational health initiatives
Develop governance frameworks and performance measures for resilience programs
Analyze workforce data and create dashboards for senior leadership decision support

Skills

Qualifications

Master's degree in data science, statistics, operations research, public health, occupational health, organizational psychology, human factors, or a related fieldActive DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
