About this role

The Readiness Manager supports the HQAMC Readiness and Training Division by managing the AMC logistics readiness program and tracking critical equipment readiness issues. This role involves drafting monthly reviews and recommendations for the Total Army Readiness Review (TARR) and utilizing the Army Readiness-Common Operating Picture (AR-COP) to monitor Status of Resources and Training Systems (SORTS). The position requires coordinating with various Army commands and agencies to ensure war-fighting units meet readiness objectives for training and deployment.

Responsibilities

Execute monthly Total Army Readiness Review and coordinate detailed information for presentation
Track and resolve critical Equipment on Hand and Equipment Ready issues impacting war-fighting units
Coordinate with multiple commands to provide holistic view of readiness and improve equipment readiness
