The Readiness Program Manager (RPM) leads end-to-end delivery of New Product Introductions (NPIs) within Salesforce’s Customer Success Group (CSG) Governance & PMO. The role ensures CSG teams are prepared to support and realize value from new product releases, aligning readiness efforts with company strategy. The RPM leverages a project/program portfolio management (PPM) framework to coordinate cross-functional readiness initiatives and governance.
