Readiness Team Member

The Readiness Team Member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of the Shades Mountain Baptist Church campus for worship services and events. This role involves cleaning interior and exterior areas, arranging spaces according to ministry expectations, and maintaining equipment to ensure a seamless experience for attendees. The position requires working collaboratively as part of a team while modeling Christ-like behavior and a strong work ethic.
