Reading Assist Fellow

The Reading Assist Fellow serves as an AmeriCorps program participant, providing foundational reading instruction to struggling students in kindergarten through third grade at high-needs elementary schools. Fellows commit to a full school year of service, working with small groups of students daily to improve their literacy skills. The role involves delivering individualized instruction, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with program managers and school staff.
