Reading Coach

The Reading Coach serves as a school-based literacy leader who provides job-embedded professional learning and coaching to teachers to improve literacy instruction and student achievement. This role focuses on continuous improvement of literacy practices through collaborative partnerships with teachers and administrators, rather than functioning as an administrator or evaluator. The position involves supporting evidence-based instructional practices, analyzing literacy data, and facilitating professional learning aligned with state and district priorities.
