Reading Interventionist

Freedom Academy is seeking a passionate, student-centered Reading Interventionist to provide targeted literacy instruction for K–8 students who need additional support in foundational reading skills, fluency, and comprehension. This position is ideal for an educator who loves helping struggling readers experience real progress and understands that effective intervention requires strong instruction, careful progress monitoring, and collaboration. The role involves working closely with classroom teachers, Special Education staff, and school leadership to identify student needs and strengthen literacy outcomes across the school.
