Reading Specialist

The Reading Specialist supports teachers' learning of content and pedagogy through coaching cycles and instructional feedback to improve student achievement. This role involves coordinating the school-level Reading program, analyzing data to determine student placement, and providing academic support to identified students. The position also includes planning and delivering staff development, mentoring new teachers, and maintaining a resource-rich environment for literacy instruction.
