Real Estate Accountant

The Real Estate Accountant independently manages real estate accounting, ensuring accurate lease-related accounting in compliance with IFRS 16 and supporting the full financial lifecycle of Expansion. This role involves driving continuous improvement in ways of working across markets, managing annual group audits, and collaborating with Legal teams to resolve lease interpretation issues. The position also requires acting as a business partner for special projects and upholding financial governance and internal controls.
