Real Estate Architect

The Real Estate Architect assists the Real Estate Architect Manager in developing conceptual designs for complex laboratory builds and serves as a liaison between customer operating units, external architects, and the construction team. This role involves managing the assessment, programming, design, and delivery aspects of building and equipment design processes while ensuring consistency across the portfolio. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into space plans and develop designs that estimate costs and timelines.
