About this role

The Real Estate Counsel at Flow will drive the company's real estate growth strategy by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of real estate transactions and agreements. Working closely with Real Estate, Finance, and operating teams, the counsel will manage legal risk, ensure compliance, and support business objectives through effective deal structuring and due‑diligence.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts
Manage outside counsel and control legal costs
Collaborate with Real Estate and Finance teams on deal terms
Lead legal due‑diligence for new investments
Ensure compliance with land use, zoning, and licensing requirements
