Real Estate Manager

This position is primarily responsible for implementing aspects of leasing, lease development, and property/lease management for Alliance properties across the Northwest Seaport Alliance's North and South Harbors. The role serves as the central point of contact for tenants and customers, managing lease negotiations, financial analysis, and ongoing property operations to maximize asset utilization and revenue. The position requires collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve issues, oversee projects, and ensure compliance with lease provisions and company policies.
