Real Estate Program / Engagement Manager

The Building People is seeking a full-time Program Manager to support its Occupancy Management business unit, working closely with federal government senior leaders to drive organizational strategy and execute mission-critical program management. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressively responsible program, real estate, or portfolio management experience, including 5 years supporting large or complex real estate organizations. This role is responsible for overall performance, work integration, staffing, quality control, risk management, and coordination with the Government.
