Real Estate Transaction Analyst

The Real Estate Transaction Analyst ensures the lease administration system is updated timely and accurately by creating, installing, and maintaining intercompany leases. This role processes ongoing expenses, taxes, and invoices for the lease portfolio, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance. The position also involves performing CAM reconciliations, managing utility transitions, and supporting special projects to improve departmental efficiency.
