Real-Time Control Software Engineer

This role involves designing and developing real-time control software for Microgrid Controllers, focusing on power-electronics control theory and deterministic embedded software. The position requires implementing droop, grid-forming, and protection logic to coordinate various energy assets while ensuring safe, bounded execution verified on Hardware-in-the-Loop systems. The engineer will also handle secondary control, protection coordination, and deterministic communications to support certification and release processes.
