About this role

The Real World Data (RWD) Analytics Engineer will work within a medical informatics team to design and implement scalable data pipelines that map source data to common models such as OMOP and FHIR. The role involves collaborating with clinical terminologists, data scientists, and IT teams to ensure high‑quality, semantically accurate data for analysis and model building, while also contributing to reusable mapping solutions.

Responsibilities

Map data to and from RWD common data models using dbt
Design, develop, and test ETL/ELT pipelines for real world data
Integrate clinical vocabularies via REST APIs and relational tables
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate clinical objectives into data product requirements
Document processes and communicate results to business and IT partners

Qualifications
