Realty Services Specialist

This role supports project delivery teams in acquiring property for major municipal infrastructure projects by coordinating with project teams, negotiating with property owners, and managing appraisals and surveys. The position involves reviewing appraisal reports, collaborating with legal services on drafting agreements, and preparing reports for Regional Council approval. It also includes conducting strategic real estate studies, providing market data, and assisting with real estate inventories and land management systems.
