Rebate Dispute Coordinator

The Rebate Dispute Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate intake, investigation, reconciliation, and resolution of rebate discrepancies between NDC, its distributor members, and vendor partners. This role serves as a key operational liaison, ensuring rebate integrity, financial accuracy, and adherence to contractual terms. The position works cross-functionally with vendors, distributors, internal rebate operations, and accounting teams to research and resolve disputes while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
