Receivables / Collections Officer

A results-driven Receivables / Collections Officer is responsible for actively managing delinquent accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and driving recovery efforts to meet established collection and delinquency targets. The role requires a persistent and commercially minded individual with a proven track record in debt recovery and the ability to handle difficult conversations. The incumbent will also be cross-trained in administrative and sales-related functions to provide coverage when necessary.
