This role involves picking and packing orders, monitoring alerts for Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) completion, and maintaining efficient stockroom and sales floor operations. The position also includes key customer interaction responsibilities such as greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and providing curbside delivery service.
