As a Receiving Colleague, you will support store operations by receiving and organizing merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role involves picking, packing, and delivering orders curbside, monitoring alerts for Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders, and keeping the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. You will also engage in customer interactions, greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care.
