Receiving & Sales Associate

The Receiving & Sales Associate is responsible for receiving, sorting, and pricing donated goods while delivering excellent customer service in a retail store environment. This role supports back-of-house receiving operations and front-of-store interactions, including answering questions, sharing the organization's mission, and operating the cash register. The position also assists with basic event coordination, donor engagement, and training volunteers.
