Reception Desk

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the reception desk at The Terraces, including processing accounts receivable, preparing deposits, and handling resident payments. The role involves maintaining office supplies, managing uniform inventory, and assisting the marketing team with community tours and inquiries. Additionally, the incumbent monitors emergency systems, answers telephones, and ensures smooth communication between shifts.
