Receptionist- FMOB Clinic

The Clinic Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, responsible for greeting and directing patients, managing registration, verifying insurance information, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate data entry. This role facilitates communication between patients, staff, and providers while maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering exceptional customer service. The receptionist also handles incoming calls, collects payments, assists with paperwork, and manages patient flow in the waiting area.
