Receptionist & Parent Relations Executive

The role provides a professional front‑of‑house service and supports positive relationships between Rugby School Dubai and its parent community. Working at the main reception, the incumbent handles enquiries, coordinates visits and events, and assists the Parent Relations Manager with communication and administrative tasks, ensuring a high‑standard, bilingual experience for parents, visitors, students and staff.
