The Receptionist greets and assists visitors and answers inbound calls, ensuring a professional corporate image and high level of customer service. The role supports corporate employees and clients, may be cross-trained to assist with mail/shipping, hospitality, and general office/facilities tasks, and reports to the Client Services leadership. This position maintains reception operations and provides front-of-house support to ensure a positive visitor experience.
